You grant us a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process and temporarily store your uploaded content solely to provide the Service, create outputs, and operate the Service. We automatically delete uploads after 1 day and generated outputs and job metadata after 3 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You own the outputs generated for you and may use them worldwide for commercial purposes. We do not claim rights in your outputs beyond what is necessary to operate the Service. We work with providers that permit such commercial use of outputs.
We rely on third‑party providers to deliver the Service, including Google Cloud (compute & storage, EU region), OpenAI (AI processing), ElevenLabs (text‑to‑speech), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and Brevo (transactional email delivery). Your use of the Service authorizes us to use these providers for the purposes described herein.
We provide a best‑efforts Service but do not guarantee accuracy, timing, or availability. Processing times and results may vary due to content characteristics and third‑party availability.
By purchasing credits and starting processing, you request immediate performance and expressly agree that your 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once performance has begun.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for slight negligence where permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g., for injury to life, body, or health) remains unaffected.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from third‑party claims, damages and expenses arising from your content, your outputs, or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in‑app before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
